Scale

I have decided not to weigh myself---I think this will be a good idea.

Purpose

I decided to join bikram yoga for one year. It was expensive, but hopefully will be worth it.
Today is the end of my first week- I went 4 days. I feel pretty good- energized and hopeful.
The session lasts 90 minutes some days I make it through the entire class, some days I leave when I feel light headed.
The greatest change so far is that I drink a lot of water. I sleep better and have more energy.
I noticed that I typically do not completely straighten by legs- ever. I always thought I was hyperextending my legs- but actually I never straightened them completely. So, as far as physical aches, my only problem is my knees from straightening my legs. But I think over time that will change.
